How To Check Rank And Marks On RankMitra

You can check marks & rank by following below steps:-

  • At first, you need to get SSC MTS exam answer key link, then copy its URL.
  • Go to SSC MTS score calculator (this page).
  • Now, you will see input field labled Answer Key URL, paste your copied answer key url here.
  • Choose your category, and horizontal category.
  • Also, select paper language (not required) and password so that any user can't see your rank & marks just by your roll number. However, it's not required to do so. you can leave it empty also.
  • Click on Submit button.
  • That's all. You will be redirected to a page where you will see all your details including marks, ranks, etc.

What data you will see on RankMitra after submitting details

We will display:

  • Your Overall Rank
  • Shift Rank
  • Category Rank (Vertical)
  • Overall Average Marks
  • Shift Average Marks
  • Category Average Marks
  • After that your scorecard with total attempted questions, not attempted questions, right questions, wrong question in each subject. Besides these this tool will also let you know if any wrong questions is asked by organization, and for that question bonus marks will be added in total marks.
  • Normalized marks and ranks will be also shown.

Below, you will also be able to see top rankers/scorer in descending order (not ranks).

How we calculate ranks?

let's say, there are four candidates with marks 130, 138, 138, and 140. Now candidate with marks 140 will get 1st rank. Two candidates obtained 138 marks so both will get 2nd rank, and candidate with 130 marks will get 4th rank not 3rd.

About SSC MTS Examination

The SSC MTS exam now consists of a single-tier examination. It is an objective-type test with multiple-choice questions (MCQs).

Exam Structure:

  • Total Questions: 90 questions
  • Maximum Marks: 90 marks
  • Duration: 90 minutes (120 minutes for candidates eligible for scribes)

This exam is divided into two sections:

Section-I Important Points:

  • Session-I contains questions on General Intelligence & Reasoning and Numerical & Mathematical Ability.
  • Total Number of Questions: 40 questions (20 from each section)
  • Maximum Marks: 120 marks
  • Duration: Part of the overall 45 minutes (60 minutes for eligible candidates with disabilities)
  • Correct Answer: +3 marks
  • Incorrect Answer: 0 mark (no negative marking)
  • There is no negative marking for incorrect answers in this section.

Section-II Important Points:

  • Session-II focuses on General Awareness and English Language.
  • Total Number of Questions: 50 questions (25 from each section)
  • Maximum Marks: 150 marks
  • Correct Answer: +3 marks
  • Incorrect Answer: -1 mark (negative marking)
  • Duration: 45 minutes (60 minutes for eligible candidates with disabilities)

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST)

This is applicable only for candidates applying for the Havaldar post in CBIC and CBN.

PET Criteria:

  • Male Candidates:
    • Walking: 1600 meters in 15 minutes.
    • Cycling: 8 kilometers in 30 minutes.
  • Female Candidates:
    • Walking: 1 kilometer in 20 minutes.
    • Cycling: 3 kilometers in 25 minutes.

PST Criteria:

  • Male Candidates:
    • Height: 157.5 cm (Relaxation for certain categories).
    • Chest: 76 cm (Unexpanded).
  • Female Candidates:
    • Height: 152 cm (Relaxation for certain categories).

3. Document Verification (DV)

This stage is for candidates who qualify the CBE and PET/PST (for Havaldar posts). Document verification ensures all candidates meet the eligibility criteria.
